Operations

Sandeep leads TNL’s operational strategy, asset management, and deal execution. He brings 30 years of experience in hotel acquisitions and operations, including his role as President of Neema Hospitality. Prior to his work in hospitality, he held senior positions at American Express and Accenture. Sandeep holds a BS/BAS from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Investments

Jonathan oversees investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio performance. He has over 30 years of investment banking and private equity experience, including 18 years at the Blackstone Group and five years at Loews Corporation. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. 

Capital Markets

Xavier leads TNL’s capital markets strategy and financial structuring. He was the Founding Partner of Alsis Funds and has held senior roles at Bear Stearns, Chase Manhattan Bank, and the IMF.  With deep expertise in asset-backed securities and cross-border finance, Xavier brings over 30 years of investing experience across the Americas. He holds a B.Com from McGill University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
